Please feel free to report claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact our office by e-mail or by simply calling our office. If, however, you have a claims emergency, we do ask that you call our office and speak directly to the appropriate Claims Manager. If the claim emergency is after business hours, contact our office and access the after-hours claims service at (903) 561-8484 by following the prompts. They will assist in having your call returned promptly.
