STRUCTURE AND OWNERSHIP Hibbs-Hallmark & Company is headquartered in Tyler, Texas, and provides insurance and risk management products and services nationwide through a variety of entities such as Claims Administrative Services, Inc. and Platinum Safety and Claims Services, LLC. Total employment for all insurance operations is now in excess of 150, and the organization has been under continuous ownership for over 30 years. Today, there are over a dozen individual stockholders, as well as significant ownership by the Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) plan. Through the ESOP, each individual associate has a vested interest in providing the very highest level of service to the client. CONTINUING EDUCATION Innovation, integrity, and performance are what set our people apart. But the only way to stay on the cutting edge is through a commitment to education. Hibbs-Hallmark & Company encourages education by providing the means for anyone to advance his or her technical skills and knowledge. Almost all of the technical and sales associates have earned professional designations in their areas of expertise and continue their education through in-house training and industry courses. Education does not stop with our people. We believe the client needs good information in order to make informed insurance decisions. We have published the Insurance Advisor as a service to our clients for over 10 years. This quarterly newsletter is produced in-house and contains current information about the insurance marketplace which impacts our clients. We also sponsor Client Education Seminars--luncheon programs featuring expert speakers on insurance topics and issues important to your business. Be sure and watch our website for upcoming seminars. TECHNOLOGY Hibbs-Hallmark & Company is one of a small number of major national insurance firms to partner with Applied Systems to develop the next generation of interactive insurance software. Our company has always been a leader in technology and will use this platform as a way to create better and more efficient ways for our clients to transact their business.
