Reporting a Claim
Please feel free to report claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us by email or simply
by calling our office. If, however, you have a claims emergency, we do ask that you call the office and speak
directly to the appropriate Claims Manager. If the claim emergency is after business hours, contact our office and
access the after-hours claims service at (903) 561-8484 by following the prompts. They will assist in having
your call returned promptly.
Brandy Brown manages the Personal Lines claims department. You can contact Brandy to report personal claims by

Tyler office.
Michele Hall manages the Commercial Lines claims department. You can contact Michele to report commercial claims
by email or by calling our
Tyler office.
When reporting a claim, be sure to include the facts, i.e., when, where, what, who, etc. Below is a quick form
that can be used in alerting our claims department. Upon receipt of the information, our claims professional will
notify you and obtain any additional information needed in order to file your claim.
